Chad is simply the most honest businessman I've ever met! I've been back since my original review and have had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff. He really values his customers and it's hard to find someone nowadays you can trust, and to be as honest as Chad. They're a busy shop, so for quick oil changes, etc., I'll use another service, but anything else, I go first to AAMCO and Chad. I'm a customer for life!
Took my Ford Escape there last week. Originally took it to the dealership and they wanted an arm and a leg for an oil leak. It was a big job because of where it was leaking from but we saved AT LEAST 25% at Aamco. Crazy how much dealerships over charge. Richard was really informative even saved the old part to show me exactly what was causing the leaks. Then called after I picked it up to make sure everything was working good. I highly recommend this place!
I had taken my navigator to another mechanic who did not fix the issue. I believed the issue was transmission related since it depended on the gear I was in but after taking it to the experts, AAMCO, I found out it was not, they fixed my issue at a fair and reasonable price and even did a rush on it when I explained my time constraints. Highly recommend this branch. Ps, there is an enterprise rental next door if you need to rent a car. I highly recommend them also from prior experience.

Chad, Thank you so much!! I though my car was dead, it sputtered and obviously it is an older car and well used. I thought it was my transmission and took the car other places, people all seemed confused about what the real issue was.
Chad saved me!! I had various quotes given to me for the same service at other places and Aamco delivered a quality service at a reasonable cost. Other places wanted to charge me double. Chad provided the best and most trustworthy service I have ever had, he was the most honest and friendly mechanic I've every encountered. I cannot recommend him enough. I thought I needed new brakes but it turned out that mine were ok. They guys at AAMCO resurfaced my break pads and got rid of my noise at no charge. Chad is awesome and honest.
When I had problems with my S-10, oil leak due to rear main seal. I 1st took my trk to 2 different shops. Was so frustrated due to price. Told my son in law who lives in the east coast of my frustration, who said "Ma, you take your truck only to AAMCO." So located the nearest AAMCO to Ontario. I found Chad Ferrell on 5390 Riverside Dr., Chino, CA. This man Chad & his crew @ AAMCO are the best, ever !!!! Have told all my friends about super job & super shop !!!
Rick and his guys gave me an honest quote with the most relevant information on the issue I might have been having. Upon identifying the issue they were communicative and honest about what was going on. I was able to save a little bit of money from their honesty. I will definitely be returning for future work.

Took my 1999 Cadillac Escalade in to service the transmission after sitting for a while. Not long after Mr. Rick informed me of electrical issues and more serious problems the truck was having. We weighed our options and decided it’s best to postpone the transmission service until the electrical issue was repaired. Mr Ricks honesty saved me money and him time. Honesty is the best policy and with Rick and his team it’s a guarantee!
